...SET TO BUILD LEADERSHIP TRAINING INSTITUTE IN NIGERIA

United States based Nigerian Scholar and Executive Director of International Association of African Authors, (IAAAS), Mr Chinedum Igwe is billed to arrive Nigeria December 2020 to meet with stakeholders as well as set in motion the machinery towards the building of the IAAAS Leadership training Institute in Nigeria
Mr Igwe who is upbeat about visiting Nigeria said he is eager to visit the country and hold meetings with some stakeholders and other intending members wishing to join IAAAS
"Surely my visit to Nigeria will afford me the opportunity to meet with some very important personalities in the country. I will be holding strategic meetings with some IAAAS stakeholders as well as prospective members wishing to join the association." Igwe said
Chinedum Igwe reiterated that aside from meeting with some Stakeholders and intending members of the association, he will also be setting up the machinery that will lead to the establishment of a standard Leadership Training Institute to develop and train Nigerians for leadership positions for nation building and organizational growth
"One of the crucial engagements of my visit, will be, to immediately put in place the machinery that will lead to the process of building a world-class standard Leadership Training Institute In Nigeria that can compete with any other leadership training institute in the world." Igwe asserted
Continuing, Igwe said the IAAAS leadership training institute will also serve as a command center to coordinate IAAAS leadership programmes in Africa, adding that IAAAS is opening frontiers and opportunities that will benefit the aspirations of Africans through literacy, career advancement and leadership skills
"The leadership training institute will focus on regional leadership training with direct aim at programmes where the youths will be trained to become informed readers and great leaders and subsequently learn the skills of leadership first before seeking leadership positions for individual development, organisational growth and nation-building across African countries." Igwe revealed
Towards achieving this lofty dream for the benefit of the nation and other African countries, Igwe said the Association by next year will be holding a fund-raising and gala night for the building of the campus of the Leadership Training Institute in Nigeria. He enjoined the government, corporate organizations and good spirited Nigerians to support the building of the campus by identifying with the project
